Shipping policy

  1. For the in-stock merchandises, we offer a FREE expedited delivery via USPS, UPS, DHL, Canadapost, Purolator, etc. Orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days for addresses in USA and Canada.
  2. For pre-order merchandises, we also offer a FREE international expedited delivery service. Orders typically arrive in 30 business days for addresses in USA and Canada. 
  3. For pre-order items and those en route to the US, a 10% deposit will guarantee expedited shipping for you, as once the bikes become available in-stock, they are typically sold quickly to various e-bike distributors across the US and Canada. The 10% deposit link is in the product page along with the size selector (please contact us to specify the size you want). 
  4. All merchandises are rigorously inspected by our Quality Assurance Team before shipping to you. Upon receiving your merchandises, please give them a thorough check. Any damage must be reported to us via email with a video showing 0 mile on the bike display within 72 hours of receipt. 
  5. For Shopify Payments, credit card or PayPal orders, a 6% processing fee applies if you cancel your order after processing payment. This fee is charged by Shopify Payments, the credit card companies and Paypal and it is non-refundable. 
  6. Please make sure the shipping address is deliverable and the contact information you provide to us is correct so that the courier company can properly deliver the merchandises to you.
